A delicious and refreshing Summer treat, made with fresh lemonade and vanilla ice cream!
Have you tried Chick-fil-A’s Frosted Lemonade? I saw it on the menu and thought I would try it. OMG, it is addicting! I have to swing by the drive-thru and pick up one about once a week. It is SO good. You can make a Frosted Lemonade at home for a fraction of the price.
First, you start off with homemade lemonade. You can also buy premade lemonade at the grocery store, but I like to make my own, which doesn’t have any added flavors or preservatives. Then, you put a cup of the lemonade and a cup of vanilla ice cream in a blender, mix well, pour in a glass and enjoy!
- 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- Combine the lemon juice, sugar and water in a container. Mix well to dissolve the sugar.
- Mix the lemonade and ice cream in a blender.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy!
