A blend of several herbs and spices to create the perfect cajun seasoning blend!
I like to eat foods with a little bit of “kick”, just the right amount of heat so food doesn’t taste bland. I wanted to make my Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, but I realized I didn’t have any cajun seasoning to add to the recipe. What did I do? I made my own!
You can make cajun seasoning, just like what’s sold in the stores, but without any artificial colors or preservatives. I like to omit artificial colors and preservatives when preparing my recipes too. I believe in eating whole foods; foods that are in their purest form. When I eat healthy, whole foods, I have more energy.
This cajun seasoning blend is super easy to make! You can keep it on hand to season shrimp, chicken, steak and add a bit of kick to your pasta recipes.
